Energy Performance Certificates North Wales from £50.00

Energy Performance Certificates are now required on all homes being sold . and it is now the Law that one is ordered when marketing your property, this is usally done and included in a Home Information Pack, but can be ordered on its own.

An EPC will give home sellers an “A to G” rating for their home’s energy efficiency to help cut carbon emissions and fuel bills, similar to those labels on new fridges.
